Skyrim Ultimate Dragons
(NSFW). I have been a fan of and never really tried any other dragon mod especially because of the great MCM menu but I wanna get some more variety this time around (ideally w/o loosing DD MCM menu but I would sac DD if necessary)I recently came across the following mods I wanted to try but some do not seem to go well maybe someone can shed some light on a good combo they have been using or their experiences with these mods overall:.- Adds new dragons and shouts/abilities and strenghtens vanilla dragons; No clue how performance-friendly but many people love this mod. Sadly not compatible with ED and probably also EMDR since those both replace vanilla and the looks outdated so not compatible either (or is it? Some people on CD forum claim it is).- Looks awesome, is lightweight and compatible with DD with patch; Also should work with CD with bashed patch.
No clue about ED and EMDR compatibility.- Vanilla replacer idk. Seems really interesting but also very difficult, incompatible with other dragon mods and the looks outdated.- Vanilla replacer so probably does not work with Elemental Dragons. Again no clue if DD affects those dragons.SSE port which looks almost too huge with so many new models but very interesting cuz new abilities added and performance-friendly.- Older mod but it looks really exciting and not conflicting with the others above.I am kinda hesitant to use mods that replace vanilla dragons. I planned to use CD (for sure) + DDC3 + Dovahkriid + DD with bashed patch and crossing fingers that CD and DD work together. SIC cornered the market.
Plus, having been playing for 60 hours or so with Eq I have found myself removing a LOT of stuff it adds from the levelled lists because it places way too many daedra type stuff everywhere, replaces a lot of the vanilla warlocks/necromancers with creatures instead, has a lot of strange aggression/ai issues (I'm on the version before final, which I think has addressed some of this) and also has issues with at least one of Mihail's mods which are incorporated (the Minotaurs were causing constant CTDs in a couple of locations for me, had to completely remove them). I does add some nice stuff, and uses a lot of the same resources as SIC so can be run along side it (I do with a fair bit of conflict resolution and hand picking), the spriggan and troll lists for example have some pretty cool stuff in them.
