I use keep2share for several years now, 5 to be exact. Logging into my k2c account I can't find any information about this account, I only knew because of an old mail I found.I have a lifetime account for 2-3 years and I'm using JDownloader 2.A few years ago I had to log in to k2s account from time to time to prevent an error with JD2. This problem got solved after some weeks. I don't know if that was a problem with k2s or JD2.So, a week ago my account got banned and I contacted the support. With in 24 hours my mail got responded: 'Your account has been blocked for violating the rules of service.

What IP address did they have? 'I did in fact just had a new IP-Address because of a new router.I contacted the support again, but this time there was no response in the first week. The second week I got an apology mail and my acc got unbanned.This is the only problem I had with k2s in 5 years.Cheers.
Same story as below. I've had a lifetime account for over 5 years.Last week suddenly I cant login anymore, I only get a message, that my account is banned.No explanation, no email, no reason.I changed nothing for yearsI never shared my accont!I used the web form to write to the support, no reaction, then I wrote a mail to the support, also no reaction. I even sent them the email of my payment and 'lifetime' membership confirmation.This is not only poor, it is unacceptable not to say its scam!They first tried to guide me into a one year pro membership instead of my lifetime premium membership, but I didnt want that, so for now I think they bann all the lifetime members, cause they dont want fulfill this anymore.Everyone should think about, to give his money to a company with that bad business behavior, not even if it´s only for a monthly membership.Don´t support those deceivers!!!
Fraud company. I've got lifetime subscription. Bought it a 3 y's ago. And in the past days they banned my subscription without any previous warning or explanation. I'm not uploading neither sharing files & neither sharing my account. Just suddenly they banning accounts as their desire.i sent them 3 times emails to understand what going on. Why they canceled my account.
& guess what? I'm very disappointed. Really got no words to describe my anger. Wish this company bankrupt asap. & may god send them as many diseases for each penny they took from decent users.they broke the contract.need to chase them legally for that. After a long time of having a premium account suddenly and without me using the account for at least a few days they banned (not just temporarily blocked) my LifeTime premium account.
No warning or information about what i could've done wrong - and i'm sure i didn't do anything that would justify a ban. Contacted support but got no response yet. Would not recommend. Feels like a scam.Update: support asked for screenshots of software i use to download (which is even recommended on their website). After i've sent everything they asked for i never heard from support again.My impression is they ban anyone they successfully sell premium access to. Found many people with the same experience. Would not be surprised if this website suddenly disappears.All of the 5 star reviews here coincidentally have the same bad grammar as their support responses.

I have a one year premium pro subscription and I am consistently getting this error message, 'Your current tariff doesn't allow to download more files then you are downloading now. If you are a free user, please upgrade to premium.' I am unable to download more than one file at a time despite subscribing to their premium pro plan.The files that I am able to DL are speed limited to less than 50 kbs. There is no way to contact K2S at this point and I'm furious that I'm not getting what I paid for.If K2S has no tech support, I'm done with them. To K2S, don't send me to help.k2s.cc since that is worthless too. Let this be a cautionary tale.DO NOT GET A K2S Premium Account.
